Day 02-08 Periyar Resort
Enjoy the next 7 days stay at the hotel and follow the regime after consulting the resident doctor. He will suggest and make the necessary arrangements for the therapies and diets commences in right earnest. The therapies involve various kinds of massages, spa treatments, and steam baths along with yoga and meditation sessions. Over night stay at the hotel.

On the last day of refreshing Kerala Ayurvedic Tour package after morning breakfast proceed towards some exotic locations of Periyar that includes the Periyar Wildlife sanctuary. It is one of the renowned tiger reserves of the world and is thronged by large number of visitors. Enjoy the jungle safari, boat rides and seeing the wild animals in their natural habitat. By the evening get transfer to Cochin and check in the pre booked hotel.
